Turn a Shopify POS order into a secure payment link

Pay Link, from Countermade, is a Shopify POS app that turns an order your staff build in POS into a link to Shopify’s secure checkout, where the customer pays. Nobody at the counter sees or types a card number.

Pay Link is for POS Pro stores that build orders in POS for customers who aren’t at the counter: a florist taking a phone order, a furniture store closing a sale after a showroom visit, a trade counter serving a contractor on site. The customer pays on Shopify’s checkout instead of reading a card number down the line, and staff see the total up front and a paid status for every link.

Pickup
If customers collect, in the Shopify admin go to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Pickup in store, choose your location, turn on Let customers pick up orders directly at this location and click Save.

How do I get Pay Link?

Do I need Shopify POS Pro to use Pay Link?
Yes. Pay Link needs Shopify POS Pro on the location, the same plan Shopify requires for saving draft orders in POS.
Will my customer be charged shipping?
Not if they collect. Checkout asks for a delivery address and may add shipping, so turn on Pickup in store for your location and the customer can choose pickup instead.
How much does Pay Link cost?
Pay Link’s pricing will be announced before launch.
